Your choices and rights

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can use it or write to us at any time, and we will act on it within 10 business days at the latest. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and you may keep the free pages.

Anyone can write to steph@stephanespagehouse.com to see, correct or delete their information. We will not ask for more than we need to confirm the request is yours.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or move your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. We reply within one month. You may complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. In France this is the CNIL (cnil.fr), and in the UK the ICO (ico.org.uk). We would welcome the chance to help first.

Children

This site’s sign-up is for adults aged 18 or over. Some of our books are written for children, but we address book news and the free pages to the adults who choose books. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please do not enter a child’s email address. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.

Cookies and tracking

Our pages set no cookies, use no browser storage and have no analytics or advertising tags. The sign-up page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs in a frame from Cloudflare to tell people from bots. We do not track you across other websites, and other parties do not collect information across websites through our pages. Because of this, browser “Do Not Track” signals change nothing here.

Open tracking and click tracking are turned off in our marketing emails.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use your email address, we will tell subscribers by email before it applies.
